QUESTIONS

  • Are products safe for sensitive skin?
    We advise any customer that has sensitive skin to do a patch test on an area of their skin that is not affected 24 hours before use. Patch tests can be done with La Bomba Dust. You can purchase a dust sample bag for £1. All products are to be used at own risk.
  • Are products safe for pregnant woman & children?
    La Bomba’s products are safe to use by pregnant woman. Products are not suitable for 0-3 Years. All products should be used at own risk and are not for consumption.
  • Does La Bomba use sulphates?
    La Bomba BC’s bath products all contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate. Unlike SLS, SLSA is completely safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin. It removes oils and bacteria without irritating the skin. SLSA is one of the mildest foaming agents available. It is derived from coconut and palm oils.
  • From placing my order how long will it take to arrive?
    Once your order is placed it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. All products are handmade so please allow time for this. During the Christmas period orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. If there are any issues with your order rest assured La Bomba will contact you.
  • How do my bath bombs arrive?
    All sphere bath bombs are carefully wrapped in tissue paper. All other bath bombs are packaged in a clear bag, these will all be bubble wrapped for extra protection to minimise breakages. La Bomba can not guarantee that they will not arrive damaged due to third party postal service. We try our very best for your order to arrive intact.
  • What do I do if I want to return any items?
    Faulty Products If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you contact us via labombabc@outlook.com within 24 hours of receipt and return them to us within 14 days. You must use a trackable delivery method. We will only accept returns that are in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return postage and packaging charges except if items are deemed faulty once returned to us. A maximum compensation of £4 for postage will be returned for faulty items, proof must be sent to us before a refund is made, if no receipt is shown, no postage will be refunded. For an item to be considered faulty there must be severe damage to the item which would greatly effect the performance of the product. Non Faulty Products If you are looking to return your order because you've changed your mind please contact us at labombabc@outlook.com before returning an item to us as some items are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons. La Bomba will not be liable to compensate for shipping on non faulty products.
  • Where do you post to?
    La Bomba posts to anywhere in the UK. Dependent on the size of your order the cost of postage may vary. La Bomba posts with Royal Mail 2nd Class on smaller orders and Hermes tracked on larger orders.
  • Are La Bomba's products vegan?
    Yes all of La Bomba’s products are vegan. La Bomba uses all organic ingredients in our base and our fragrances are a mix of natural and synthetic dependent on the scent of choice. Should you have any questions please contact us.
  • Purchasing through La Bomba Consultants
    If you purchase a product through one of our consultants and not via the website La Bomba BC will take no responsibility for any issues such as items lost during transit. Our consultants are self employed re sellers. Any issues will need to be directed to them. La Bomba BC will not refund or replace any item bought through a consultant where an order number from our website has not been generated. We can only deal with the consultants themselves.
